Inqubator Leeuwarden & Business Development Friesland welcome remote interns from Slovakia and Greece
Inqubator Leeuwarden and Business Development Friesland are experienced in hosting interns in their companies, however, they had not guided interns on a distance before!
So, there was a lot of excitement before starting these first remote internships! Inqubator and BDF had the honour to welcome Jozef from the Technical University of Kosice and Angeliki from the University of Ioannina.
Jozef has worked on the optimalisation of the application process for non-EU start-ups that want to apply for a start-up visum in the Netherlands. Inqubator is very happy with the support of Jozef, because although Jozef has never been to the office in the Netherlands, he has created very valuable templates and road maps for this specific process.
Angeliki on the other hand, has been supported in the development of an online start-up program. Angeliki has been searching for international trainers that provide video-based trainings on 11 topics related to starting a business.
All in all, it has been very interesting to grow the team with two remote interns. Although it was a real pity that it was not possible to welcome them physically in the office in the Netherlands, they have delivered very valuable input for our business. So, a big thank you for Jozef and Angeliki!
